too? OK, one more off the list.
I just say "Canada" because I see Canadian flag in this video. Else the storyteller looks very much like one of the Baltic women. And speaks with an accent that we could have.
Loneliness is not that bad. At times, it can get worse, but then, the tricks in the video won't help. When I watch it, many thoughts knock at the door. This is not a radically honest attempt to help. It seems to want to normalize solitude. Loneliness is not a natural state for humans: we get heart disease and geriatric illnesses from loneliness. It is time for our friends and families to get on observing us once we capitulate and stop seeking social contact.
But most of the time, it is just living, just as good as for anyone else. Looking around and understanding it would not be this good if you had to worry for it (and YOU!) to be presentable is soothing. Well OK, it is a half lie. Because making it comfortable, running like crazy dusting, washing windows every two weeks, ironing the curtains, failing and reapplying makeup, preparing half-cooked stuff ahead of times, scrubbing the toilets and while doing all that, dreaming, dreaming, dreaming about yesterday, about tomorrow, blahhhh..., about graduation of your children is made of pure, eco-friendly, fireworky joy.
And truth is, every good person deserves it. It's a natural right to have a chance of growing to the very top of one's life: and this, you will not be able to do by yourself. No one ever could. No one ever will. So we do not need to be taught on how to be alone. Instruct us on some radical honesty with our selves.
But see it yourself.
P.S. Just lose the knit slippers.
